Instruction for Authors

Deadlines:

The main deadlines for abstract and paper submission are:
  • May 10th: abstract submission
  • June 11th: announcement of selected abstracts
  • July 10th: full paper submission
Abstract Submission:

The abstract must be 1 page long and must contain one illustrative result.  

Submission is done on your personal space under the section "Submission". 

Please, all abstracts must be sent in pdf format.


Full Paper Submission (open):

After notification of accepted abstract, authors are invited to prepare a full 8-pages paper according to one of the following templates:

Copyright transfer statement

copyright transfer statement form has to filled in and to send it by email as soon as possible.
This document is mandatory for the edition of the proceedings of the conference. Its absence will lead to the withdrawal of the concerned paper from the proceedings.
